Welcome To
Perry Bears

We are dedicated to empowering young men with vital skills in outdoor survival and disaster readiness. Our program not only prepared young men to handle emergencies with confidence but also opens doors to exciting career exploration and opportunities as future park rangers, game wardens, and other outdoor careers.

Program Overview:

1. Outdoor Survival Skills:
Gain practical knowledge in navigating the outdoors, building shelters, first aid, and emergency preparedness. Our training ensures that participants are ready for any situation.

2. Disaster Readiness:
Learn essential response strategies and safety protocols through realistic drills and exercises. Our goal is to prepare young men to handle disasters effectively and safely.

3. Leadership Development:
Our program is led by minority senior leaders aged 18-24 who are passionate about the outdoors and community service. These leaders mentor younger participants, fostering leadership skills and guiding them through the program.

4. Character Building: The program fosters responsibility, teamwork, and leadership. Your son will learn the importance of resilience and perseverance, helping him grow into a strong, independent young man.

5. Safe and Supportive Environment: Your son will be guided by positive role models and mentors who are passionate about helping young men succeed. He'll be part of a community that values his growth and well-being.

Economic Mobility:

Through our program, participants gain valuable skills that enhance their outdoor career prospects. We provide job placement support and career counseling to help young men transition into the workforce successfully.
