We are seeking volunteers who want to make a difference by using their planning skills and talents for the good of helping children, a cause you believe in. We are looking for successful and enthusiastic event planners who want to make a difference to produce our organization's events from idea giving through completion through the use of skills and talents for the good of helping children and their parents, a cause you believe in. Events Specialist's responsibilities include providing outstanding customer service and organizing memorable events that meet organization quality expectations. Task: Event planning, design, and production of organization events within time limits Identify the organization needs to ensure organization satisfaction of goals Organize facilities and details such as decor, catering, entertainment, transportation, location, invitee list, special guests, equipment, and promotional material, etc. Create, coordinate and manage organization hosted events and/or activities Make arrangements for the organization events Additional information Experience not required, assistance is provided Creativity is required Virtual opportunity This is a virtual volunteer opportunity.
