FAMtastic Family Field Day Event

Service Description

Do you enjoy being outdoors, doing family sports, or doing outside recreations? We will hold a community/family outdoor Field Day event that attendees will love. We need you to volunteer for this event to be successful. This event will be the first field day event our city has had. We want to make a strong impact on our community to encourage healthier living through regular exercises and school sports. This is an in-person event, only solicitation volunteer opportunities are available for remote/virtual opportunities. We need volunteers for the following: Game Station hosts (run the game) Attendee surveys (ask participants to take a survey on the event) Host greeting (greet participants as they come in and provide information about the event) Answer questions as requested Event specialist assistants Health experts Call Business Vendors Call Food vendors (and Food Trucks) Solicit for In-Kind prize donations Solicit for donations and sponsorships
